Program Initiation & Planning

  • Diagnose where improvement opportunities exist and what these mean financially.
  • Develop precise business driven requirements against which potential technology options can be evaluated.
  • Develop sound commercial strategies to procure PLM technologies ensuring the achievement of best-value.
    Define an implementation roadmap with time-scales that are aggressive yet achievable.
  • Put in place robust implementation service contracts and statements of work so that cost and financial risk are minimised.
  • Build a team equipped to meet the coming challenge.

Program Delivery & Execution

  • Manage the program towards its key objectives tracking progress towards key milestones and achievement of the predicted project ROI.
  • Coordinate resources against tasks ensuring adequate resource levels.
  • Issue regular project progress & status reports to indicate actual progress against the plan.
  • Maintain an open issues list to keep track of all open issues related to the project and proactively pursue these issues until they are closed.
  • Proactively identify risks to program deliverables and timing and formulate appropriate contingency plans to mitigate those risks.
